Thank you to everyone who has recently joined the Origins of Peace Community. I am delighted to have you here!

I think now is the perfect time for me to formally introduce myself to you. My name is Melissa Rivers, and I am the Founder of Origins of Peace Conflict Resolution Boutique.

I have a graduate degree in Peace & Conflict Studies, and I use my skillset to help my clients create out of the box solutions to resolve many of life’s most challenging personal and professional conflicts.

Morning Prayer – February 28th, 2024

Dear Lord,

As I start this day, my mind is focused on you. What would you have me to do, where would you have me to go, and who would you have me to meet. All of these questions are important as I strategize my time management plan for this day. With all of these things in mind, I give those areas of concern to you. Knowing that you are the ultimate connector, I know all of my questions will be answered with clarity and intention.

Thank you for your instructions and for ordering my steps in perfect peace. In Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen.

Morning Prayer, February 26, 2024

Dear Lord,

Thank you for a new day. This morning, I am most grateful for opportunities to show up as my authentic self. Thank you for going before me to make crooked paths straight, thank you for softening hearts to preside in my favor. Thank you for reminding those who need to know, that I am fully capable and well-abled to complete the task. Thank you that the assignment is already mine and I am fully able to complete it. Thank you for joining me with like-minded people who have my best interest at heart, to inspire me to use my full potential. Thank you that I am no longer stagnant and waiting to be chosen, but I am now doing the choosing.

 

It is well with me. In Jesus Name. Amen

Morning Prayer – February 23, 2024

Dear Lord,

I am thankful that I can show up boldly and with purpose as a business owner. Thank you for opening doors that are in need of my brand, my service and my skillset. I am thankfully unapologetic in my approach to set myself apart from other businesses. I am grateful that I am noticed in every room that I step foot in, and I boldly accept opportunities to discuss my vision, mission and purpose, regularly. My boldness leads to lucrative opportunity.

I am thankful and grateful for insight to improve my business processes. Thank you for showing me new and innovative ways to facilitate and deliver training classes and workshops. Thank you for easy automation and platforms that allow me to research and analyze as needed. Dear Lord,

Thank you for the gift of reliability. I appreciate the responsibility of showing up for myself and others authentically and consistently. Thank you for giving me discernment to work according to my personal belief system. Thank you for communities that are inspiring and genuine. As I begin my workday I am prepared with documented tasks, set milestones and determined execution dates. I am ready and well prepared to show up.

Dear Lord,

Thank you for a new day. Thank you, Lord, for resilience. Thank you for filling me with confidence to show up as my best self and to deliver on time. Thank you for removing any fear or doubt that might try to hinder me from following through on my tasks. Thank you for calming any negative thoughts that might try to take over my mind. Your word says that I am strong, mighty and well-able. I believe you Lord and I know that you have prepared me to be victorious in all things. Help me to walk in these truths, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
