This Executive Level Leadership Training is designed for the high energy leader who struggles to maintain good manners while making a powerful impact.
You will learn the skills needed to evolve intentionally and strategically through Communication, Accountability, Learning and Mentoring.
This workshop is ideal for Leaders who desire to build wholistic, transparent and inclusive relationships. This 8-hour session strives to achieve the following Learning Objectives:
- You will receive guidance on creating a compassionate Communication Plan to strategize and organize internal and external communications while cultivating positive team dialogue in order to foster an inclusive, safe environment and to build connections and social wellness
- Develop effective Accountability techniques to promote greatness amongst your team and inspire excellent team performance
- Build trust through Learning by nurturing your ability to work with all levels of employees within your organization, including the ability to ‘lead with influence’ and energize diverse teams of multiple skill levels and job disciplines
- Build a progressive Mentoring plan to demonstrate leadership, reciprocity by sharing prior experiences and accountability by creating structure to meet the objectives of the program
